Where do I stay?
There’s room for everyone under one roof, the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. 4Life has negotiated discounted rates for everything, including all suites—and you’ll be staying 1 mile from the entrance of the WALT DISNEY WORLD® theme parks. What are my transportation options upon arrival?
The resort sits on 65 lush acres and is a 20-minute ride from the airport. All conventional means of transportation are available, including rental car, taxi service, limousine service, public bus service, and shuttles for hire. Gaylord Palms recommends Mears shuttle service, which provides 24-hour shuttle service from the airport. There is a fee for this service. You can make a reservation by calling 407-423-5566. What is the Convention attire for general session and other parties?
Suggested attire for most of the weekend is business casual. The Recognition Gala is a black tie event.

No, please use one form for each attending distributor.
What is included in my registration fee?
Convention registration and materials, workshops, socials, recognition gala, and a 4Life branded digital radio and headset with complete convention translation.
Who is handling 4Life’s Convention Services this year?
4Life has contracted with Morris Meetings to handle registration services this year.
CONTEST INFORMATION
If I’m participating in the contest and trying to win my way to convention, do I still need to register?
Yes, register now and once contest results are final, 4Life will reimburse you the necessary amount based on your prize level winnings. If you wait to register and you don’t win, you may be paying a higher registration fee. Don’t delay.

What is the climate like in Florida in May?
The temperature averages a beautiful 77 degrees. It’s humid, ranging from an average 44% humidity in the evening to an average 88% during the day. Average rain fall is 3.6 inches, and you can expect some clouds, with clouds covering at least partially 66% of the month.
What type of clothing is suitable for this time of year?
Loose clothing, swimsuit, shorts, and a light jacket or sweater for evening is desirable. Light rain gear might also come in handy.
